a little Mhor bread…

Mhor bread is baked in the Scotch Oven in Callander. All the bread is still made traditionally by hand, using flour milled in Scotland, but without preservatives. The bakery specialises in traditional Scottish baking and a range of artisan breads.  


Bennetts the Butchers

Traditional family butchers at the top of the High Street in Dunblane. David Bennett started his trade as a flesher and set up his first business in Dunning in Perthshire around 1901.  They source only the best quality products as locally as possible.  Bennetts website.


John Hill the Butchers

Dunblane is lucky to have two traditional butchers on the High Street. We use a selection of products from both on our menus. John Hill has been on the High Street since 1979 and provides high quality, locally sourced produce.
